RUSSELL FINLAY

Commencing his recruitment career in 1980, Russell is undoubtedly one of the most experienced consultants in the executive recruitment market in Australia.

In 1986 he established Finlay Associates which became Finlay Mollard Weston, one of Australia’s leading boutique recruitment firms in the 1990s. This highly successful business was sold in 1999 to Recruiters Australia Limited, a publicly-listed recruitment agency.

In January 2002, Russell formed Finlay Gooding & Partners in partnership with Netasha Gooding, which in December 2007 became Finlay Partners, a boutique recruitment firm specialising in executive selection and search.
